General
Overview — campaigns, B2B network, and availability.
What is Pharoll?
B2B platform in Portugal: performance campaigns with creators (CPC, links, analytics) and a network where companies publish partnership and procurement opportunities. Includes marketplace, matching, messaging, and public brand and creator pages.
Who is Pharoll for?
Brands that want measurable ROI with creators and B2B visibility on the network; creators who prefer campaigns with clear rules, in-platform messaging, and opportunities beyond vague DMs.
Is Pharoll only available in Portugal?
Yes — product and support in Portuguese (PT-PT), with an international vision. New markets will be announced when they open.
Do I need to pay to try it?
You can start free: Brand Free (€0, 2 active campaigns, 40% fee), Starter (€29/mo, unlimited campaigns, 30% fee), Growth (€99/mo, advanced analytics and matching, 20% fee), and Enterprise (€299/mo, custom fee). Creators: Creator Free (€0) to earn on CPC campaigns. Creator Pro (€4.99/month) includes the verified badge, increased visibility, advanced analytics, and priority support. Campaigns run on CPC. Getting started
Do I need a technical team or complex integrations?
No. Pharoll is built for marketing, growth, and performance teams. Create the campaign, set budget and CPC, publish to the network when it makes sense — no code or custom pixel in the initial phase. The essentials (campaign, link, messaging, analytics) work in the platform flow.
How long does it take to launch the first campaign?
Minutes: sign up, budget, CPC, destination URL, and rules. Once active, the campaign appears in the marketplace; you can invite creators or use niche suggestions. Use per-campaign messaging for briefing (#ad, deliverables) and, in parallel, publish B2B opportunities on the network.
Does Pharoll replace an influencer agency?
It complements — it does not replace creative strategy or traditional media buying. Pharoll professionalizes operations and measurement: per-creator tracking, CPC, partnership network, messaging, and reporting. Many brands use agencies for casting and Pharoll to execute and measure at scale.
Plans and fees
What are the brand plans?
Brand Free (€0, 2 active campaigns, 40% fee), Starter (€29/mo, unlimited campaigns, 30% fee), Growth (€99/mo, advanced analytics and matching, 20% fee), and Enterprise (€299/mo, custom fee). The platform fee applies to the portion of campaign budget allocated to Pharoll. Compare features and limits at /pricing.
Can I start free as a brand?
Yes. Brand Free includes 2 active campaigns, marketplace, analytics, messaging, public profile, and newsroom — with a 40% platform fee. When you need unlimited campaigns or a lower fee, upgrade to Starter or Growth.
Which brand plan is recommended?
Growth (€99/mo) is recommended for teams scaling campaigns: unlimited campaigns, advanced analytics, CSV export, matching, and priority support — with a 20% platform fee. Starter (€29/mo) is ideal to start with unlimited campaigns at 30%.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise (€299/mo) includes dedicated onboarding, custom workflows, integrations, SLA, and account manager — with a custom platform fee. See features and limits at /pricing or contact sales for a proposal.
Campaigns and budget
How does the payment model (CPC) work?
You set a cost per valid click (CPC) and a total campaign budget. Only clicks that pass validation count (basic anti-fraud, active campaign, platform rules). That lets you compare creators on the same metric — instead of a flat fee with no attribution.
How do I control spend and avoid surprises?
Campaign budget is the cap: when it runs out, new valid clicks stop being attributed. See spend, average CPC, and remaining balance in real time. Pause the campaign whenever you want — useful before renewing creators or adjusting CPC.
What happens when I pause or end a campaign?
When paused, new clicks are no longer valid for payment; history is kept. Links may still redirect; traffic no longer consumes budget. Ideal for closing quarters or reviewing performance before renewal.
Creators and marketplace
How do I find creators that fit my brand?
In the marketplace, filter by niche and location. On the campaign page you see suggested creators (score by niche, engagement, and audience). Review performance in the dashboard and renew those who bring valid clicks at the best CPC.
Can I invite specific creators?
Yes. Invite directly from the marketplace or from suggestions on the active campaign — the creator receives a link and can open messages with you on the campaign. You can also ask them to join voluntarily through the marketplace if you already know them.
Do I need an individual contract with each creator?
Pharoll centralizes rules, tracking, messaging, and reporting; commercial and tax contracts between brand and creator are your responsibility. We recommend a written brief and CSV export for records and finance.
Opportunity network
What is the opportunity network?
A B2B feed where your company publishes news, partnerships, procurement, services, or investment needs. The whole Pharoll network (brands and creators) can see and respond — useful beyond performance campaigns.
How does the writing assistant work?
When creating a post, you describe notes in bullet points and the assistant suggests a title, summary, body, sectors, and opportunity-oriented tags (e.g. “looking for partners”). You review and edit before publishing — never automatic without your confirmation.
What happens when someone responds?
You receive a notification and see responses on the post detail page. You can close the opportunity to new responses when the process ends. Active posts may appear on the brand’s public page (/b/slug).
Messaging and collaboration
What is messaging on the platform for?
Per-campaign conversations between brand and creator — briefing, #ad, deadlines, and questions without relying only on email. A thread opens when the creator joins or is invited. Limited history in v1, with notifications in the dashboard.
Tracking, quality, and reports
How are clicks tracked and validated?
Each creator has a unique link. The visitor goes through Pharoll; the click is recorded (referrer, device, optional ?src= source) and, if valid, redirects to the destination with UTMs (utm_source=pharoll, etc.). Duplicate or suspicious clicks may be invalid.
What metrics do I see in the dashboard?
Total and valid clicks, spend, CPC, performance by creator and campaign, trends over time, and breakdown by traffic source (e.g. Instagram vs TikTok via ?src=). Activity log for audit.
Can I export data for the team or accounting?
Yes — CSV export of campaigns, links, clicks (with traffic source), and activity. Useful to reconcile spend and share with agencies.
Creators
Creator Free and Pro, campaigns, links, earnings, and valid clicks.
Account and eligibility
Who can sign up as a creator?
Creators with a social presence and audience relevant to brands in Portugal. You don’t have to be a macro: many campaigns value niches. The marketplace and opportunity network show context before you respond or join.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
It depends on the campaign. Read CPC, rules, and destination before joining — aligned audience can beat larger generic profiles.
Can I be in several campaigns at once?
Yes, respecting briefing exclusivities. Each campaign has its own link and message thread. The dashboard aggregates earnings and clicks per campaign.
Campaigns and links
How do I join a campaign?
Explore the marketplace, review CPC and destination. When you join, Pharoll generates your unique link and opens messages with the brand. Share in bio, stories, or video with #ad when applicable.
How does my tracking link work?
Unique URL: Pharoll records, validates, and redirects with UTMs on the destination. You don’t need to build UTMs by hand. You can use variants with ?src=instagram (or another channel) to separate traffic in the brand’s analytics and yours.
What should I include in the content I share?
Follow the briefing in the campaign message. Avoid encouraging artificial clicks — they become invalid and hurt renewal. Honest CTA and relevant context convert better.
Network and partnerships
What are opportunities on the network?
Brand posts about partnerships, procurement, services, or B2B news. You can respond with an introduction message — useful for collaborations beyond CPC campaigns.
Are opportunities suggested for me?
The feed can highlight posts aligned with your niches — like the campaign marketplace. Explore /newsroom and filter by sector or type.
Earnings and payments
How much can I earn?
It varies with CPC, valid clicks, and traffic quality. Example: €0.80 × 500 valid clicks ≈ €400 before tax. Strong niches can beat a one-off flat fee.
When and how do I get paid?
Balance and valid clicks in the dashboard in real time. Payouts via Stripe in the next phase — until then you see accumulated earnings per campaign.
Are there platform fees or commission?
You earn based on valid clicks and campaign CPC — Pharoll does not take a commission on creator earnings. The platform fee is paid by the brand on their plan (40% to 20% or custom). Creator Pro (€4.99/mo) is optional and includes the verified badge and premium tools — see /pricing.
What is Creator Pro and the verified badge?
Creator Free (€0) to earn on CPC campaigns. Creator Pro (€4.99/month) includes the verified badge, increased visibility, advanced analytics, and priority support. The verified badge is not a separate plan — it is included with Creator Pro. Creator Free lets you earn on campaigns with no subscription.
Clicks, rules, and quality
What is a valid vs invalid click?
Valid: genuine traffic, active campaign, no fraud. Invalid: suspicious duplicates, paused campaign, abuse. The dashboard separates totals and valid clicks.
What if the campaign pauses or budget runs out?
New clicks stop being paid; history remains. When the brand reactivates, you can join again with a new link.
How do I improve my valid click rate?
Share in relevant context, honest CTA, use ?src= per channel to optimize, and repeat formats the dashboard shows with more valid clicks.
