Do creators pay to join?
Creator Free is free — no subscription needed to earn on campaigns. Creator Pro is an optional paid subscription (€4.99/month) that includes the verified badge and premium tools.
What is a campaign fee?
A platform fee applied to campaign spend on top of your subscription. It covers tracking, validation, marketplace infrastructure and support. Rates depend on your brand plan (e.g. 40% on Brand Free, 30% on Starter, 20% on Growth).
Why is there a platform fee?
The fee supports campaign tracking, analytics, creator matching, fraud prevention and platform operations — applied only to executed campaign budget.
What happens after the Founding Program?
Founding participants retain launch benefits for the agreed period and transition to standard plans afterwards.
Can I start with the free plan and upgrade later?

How are clicks validated?
Clicks pass through unique tracking links with fraud and duplicate checks. Only valid clicks count toward performance and creator earnings. Brands see validation status in campaign analytics.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled without long-term lock-in. Annual plans are billed upfront for the discounted rate. Campaign wind-down follows the terms shown in your dashboard.
